Nvidia assured us that 9800 GX2 should be at least 30% faster than a 8800 Ultra, while performing with less noise and less heat! SLI bridge is still present (although nice chasis makes it hidden in composite cooling block), so quad configuration is also possible (quad as 4 GPUs, not 4×2 configuration). We are yet to see drivers that enable this, and is history will repeat itself, we are in for a long wait…
